In-school business tutoring for secondary and international schools — BAFS, accounting, economics and business across HKDSE, GCSE/IGCSE, A-Level/IAL and IBDP, taught by subject-specialist tutors at your school.
PY Education delivers business-subject tutoring on your premises, taught in person by experienced subject tutors. Courses are built around the school's own scheme of work and pacing, supporting enrichment, targeted catch-up and exam preparation.
The business courses here have been taught by the same tutor since 2019 — accounting, economics and business. In practice that means one tutor who knows HKDSE BAFS, IGCSE Accounting, A-Level financial accounting and IB Business Management at once, and knows how the same topic differs in depth and examination style across the four. For a school running more than one curriculum, that is considerably less work than sourcing a tutor per programme.
The founder and principal tutor holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from LSE with distinction, two first-class bachelor's degrees from the University of London in Accounting and Finance and in Data Science and Business Analytics, and a BBA in Professional Accountancy from CUHK — having studied under both the local and the British systems.
This service is for schools and educational institutions. It is not open to individual students or parents — for individual tuition, please see the relevant course page or contact us.
In-person delivery is available to schools in Hong Kong. Schools outside Hong Kong can take the same courses online; please get in touch.
Apart from post-secondary level, we can teach the business subjects on site for each of the major examination routes:
Usually with class sizes, target grades and current progress from the school. We return a proposal setting out topic sequence, hours and materials, which the school reviews and adjusts. Materials can follow your existing textbooks or be provided by us.
Quoted per school against class size, contact hours and content. Contact us for a proposal and quotation.
