Primary School (English, Mathematics and Other Subjects)
Primary subjects other than English and mathematics — including Chinese and General Studies — plus revision for school tests and homework support, arranged around the school’s own syllabus. One-to-one or a self-formed group, 75 minutes a lesson, in Kwun Tong.
Need all-subject primary tutoring? Classes are taught by Mr Wong, who holds an MSc in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from City University of Hong Kong, graduating with Distinction. He is a full-time tutor with five years of one-to-one and small-group teaching experience and knows how local primary syllabuses and internal assessments are arranged.
This course covers the subjects other than English and mathematics — Chinese and General Studies — together with revision for school tests and examinations and support with homework. There is no single textbook for this, and the pace and depth are set by the school, so we prepare from the school’s own materials and progress. Lessons are held in Kwun Tong and run 75 minutes.
Covering reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary and sentence patterns. Comprehension begins with recognising the question type and structuring the answer; writing begins with paragraph organisation and the common text types, with each piece marked in full.

The long questions in General Studies need a complete answer structure. We make sure the concepts are clear first, then teach students to match answer length to the marks, so what they know turns into marks on the page.

Before tests and examinations the emphasis moves to what is about to be assessed. Looking at several subjects’ papers together also helps identify habits that show up across all of them — reading the question, expressing the answer, or managing the time.
Homework support and dictation preparation are both covered. Where a subject’s foundations would benefit from attention, we raise it with you and agree together how to split the lessons.

English and mathematics have their own rates (HK$1,400 and HK$1,200 per four lessons). This page covers the subjects other than those two, such as Chinese and General Studies. If you want several subjects, say so when you enrol and we will arrange the lessons together.
Yes — homework support and dictation preparation are both covered. If we find the marks are being lost to a gap in the underlying subject, we will raise it with you and agree how to split the lessons.
Yes, subject to the timetable. Before tests and examinations the emphasis usually shifts to revising what is about to be assessed.
